Prayer Session held at St Mary's English Medium School, Kannarpady (CBSE), Udupi.

The prayer session for the students of grade 10 and 12 was held in St Mary's English Medium School (CBSE), Kannarpady, Udupi on Monday, 3rd of February at 9.30 am in Mother Theresa Hall.

The prayer session was arranged to fill confidence and give moral and spiritual support to the students of 10th and 12th to present themselves well in the upcoming board exams. Mrs Pushpaltha welcomed the gathering. Mrs Florina and Mrs Eunice led the prayer session. The prayer session started with lighting lamp. A special prayer was done by Rev Fr Valerian Mendonca, Correspondent, St Mary's Educational Institutions and Fr Johnson Sequeira, Principal of the school by placing their hands on the head of each student.

Correspondent in his address to the students said, "You are on cross roads now, where you need to decide which road to take? Put in your hard work to achieve greater heights. The road to success may be hard, but it's always worth the struggle. Struggle now and enjoy the fruits in near future was his advice to the students." He also appealed the students of 10th grade to continue their journey of PUC in the same school where students are given individual attention and there is a scope for healthy student teacher relationship for academic performances. He thanked all the parents and guardians present for choosing St Mary's for their wards intellectual progress and wished all the success in the future life of students.

Principal Fr Johnson Sequeira provided with general guidelines to the students and the parents to be kept in mind pre exam, during exam and post exam period. Vice Principal Mrs Rita Quadros briefed the students and parents about the Board Exam Time Table of Class 10 and 12, Examination centre etc. Mr Vinay Suvarna delivered certain important things to be strictly followed by students during exams, which was followed by subject teachers briefing about how to successfully attempt various types of questions appearing in the exam. Parents were provided with an opportunity to have an interaction with the teachers.

The programme was well coordinated by Ms Poornima. Ms Anusha rendered vote of thanks.The divine service was systematically planned by the Principal and well executed by the Vice Principal.
